Assembling a decent book trailer can be quite expensive. That’s why I did the only sane thing an author can do in the face of such outrageous fees: Marry a producer.

Her company, NutGraf Productions has produced a number of book trailers for ourselves and others. Two shown here—for “The Money Book” and “Blockhead: The Life of Fibonacci”— have been named “Book Trailer of the Day” by Shelf Awareness, the publishing industry newsletter.
Authors need to think beyond the page these days. That’s why, wherever possible, we film most of our interviews.
